Rescue Lung Society
We’re feeling energized and grateful after an incredible weekend exhibiting at the Rescue Lung Society Annual Conference. It was nothing short of inspiring to witness the passion, dedication, and rapid advancements in lung cancer screening and treatment.
We were especially moved by the all-hands-on-deck approach embraced by individuals across every part of the care continuum.
From AI-enabled detection of high-risk lung nodules to groundbreaking new screening technologies, the future is looking brighter for a vulnerable population that has often been overlooked.
Recursive Health has an essential role to play in the lung cancer prevention landscape. The problem is massive and urgent: tens of millions of qualifying patients remain unscreened today. Advancements in diagnostics, image processing, and treatment modalities are critical, but not sufficient — their full potential can only be realized by significantly increasing engagement and awareness around screening itself.
We’re thrilled to help bridge this gap, reaching thousands of patients at once and dramatically extending the impact of important ongoing screening programs, such as the work being done at ALSCI.
We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Andrea Borondy-Kitts, MS MPH and Jacob Sands, MD, for their remarkable leadership in crafting a powerfully collaborative and impactful conference environment. Thank you!
Onward!
